How We Got Here
Founded
Coaching Softwares was born from real frustration — managing a coaching institute in Excel and WhatsApp. We knew there had to be a better way.
First 100 Institutes
Word spread fast. 100 coaching institutes across 8 states adopted Coaching Softwares within our first year. We built fee management and batch scheduling.
Live Classes Launch
We integrated Jitsi and launched end-to-end video class management. Hundreds of institutes moved their teaching online overnight.
1,000+ Milestone
Crossed 1,000 institutes. Launched WhatsApp notifications, advanced analytics and the mobile student app.
2,400+ & Growing
